Privacy Policy

Working draft — to be finalized before public launch.

Who we are

Rabbit Holes is a public community platform operated by FRITS AI ApS, Denmark — the company behind GDPRchat. All data is processed and stored within the EU.

Your identity here

You sign in with your GDPRchat account. During sign-in, GDPRchat shares only an internal account identifier and your language preference with Rabbit Holes — never your name, email address, or any chat content. Your public identity here is solely the rabbit name you choose. We never display your real identity, and we do not send your identity to any third party.

What is public

Everything you post — rabbit holes, posts, comments, votes shown as scores, your profile page — is public on the internet and may be indexed by search engines, attributed to your rabbit name. Direct messages are not public; they are visible only to the two participants (and to us where required for abuse handling upon a report).

Data we store

Your rabbit name, language, subscriptions, posts, comments, votes, direct messages, blocks, reports you file, uploaded images (re-encoded, with all camera metadata such as GPS location stripped on upload), and moderation records. We use one strictly necessary session cookie and one language cookie. No advertising, no tracking cookies, no analytics identifiers.

If you delete your GDPRchat account

Deletion propagates here automatically: the link to your account is permanently severed, your rabbit identity is anonymized, your direct messages are deleted, and your uploaded images are removed. Posts and comments remain, shown as authored by an anonymous deleted account — this preserves the conversations other people took part in. If you also want specific posts or comments removed, delete them before deleting your account, or contact us.

Your rights

You have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us via the address in the imprint. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
